Oral Surgeon and Contributing Expert
Dr. Micheal Ferguson is a Louisiana native and was formerly a combat medic in the Army and US National Guard. He believes that all patients should feel at ease at the dentist, so he put the patient’s priorities first.
Dr. Ferguson attended Louisiana State University for both his undergraduate degree and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He them completed his Medical Degree from the LSU School of Medicine. He is board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Ferguson is involved with the Children’s Hospital Cleft and Craniofacial Team, treating children with facial abnormalities. He is also a member of the Delta Dental Study Club, which focuses on humanitarian efforts in the New Orleans area.
