Dental Patient Coordinator (UK)

An exciting opportunity for a sales-oriented individual to work remotely contacting medical leads in a flexible, part-time role.

Dentaly Go is a dental tourism agency set up to help patients from the UK access more affordable dental care abroad, without compromising on quality of care.

As we expand into new markets, we are recruiting for a new Patient Coordinator to join our telesales team.

Our Patient Coordinators are responsible for contacting prospective patients, building a relationship with them to understand their needs, and recommending suitable dental clinics. You will be expected to manage the relationship between patients and clinics, following up as appropriate, and ultimately converting leads to booked treatments.

To be successful in this role you must have your own computer with a fast internet connection.

This position is fully remote with flexible working hours, 10-15 hours per week on average. You can work from anywhere, but you must be available to contact leads during UK daytime and evening hours, and sometimes at weekends. You will also have 2-3 short calls per week with our Dental Tourism Manager.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills (speaking and writing).
  • Experience of the UK healthcare system through having lived in the UK for at least 5 years.
  • Experience in managing customer expectations in a B2C sales and customer service role.
  • Experience of external and internal customer relationship building skills.
  • Experience managing the customer journey from start to finish, diarising tasks and following up on all outstanding actions.
  • Meeting and exceeding expectations of converting leads into sales.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of using CRM tools.
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of Google suite.

Previous experience in medical/dental tourism is advantageous, but not mandatory.

This role is offered on a freelance basis.

Salary: Hourly pay plus commission
