Dentist and Contributing Expert

Dr. Gina Liggio Maestri is a longtime Louisiana resident, having earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana and her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the LSU School of Dentistry. Dr. Maestri runs a family dentistry clinic and has been recognized for outstanding performance in both general and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Maestri believes in the importance of continuing education and completes at least 300 hours each year. She has also completed a mini-residency in restorative implant dentistry and a two-year clinical program in orthodontics.

She understands the importance of trust in a patient-doctor relationship, and Dr. Maestri loves to demonstrate that getting a healthy smile does not have to be a traumatic experience.

When she’s not at the office, Dr. Maestri can be found spending time with her family, pulling for the New Orleans Saints, or getting in an early morning workout.
